How do I set up an account?

Once you complete the registration process online and place your first order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you. You will be directed to complete our customer application and send it to us along with a photocopy of your DEA certificate. Once approved, we will process your order. From there, all future online orders will be processed automatically.

What if I have placed orders with Clint before? Do I need to register for an account?

No, you do not need to register for an account. To obtain your Log-In ID and Password, please email Customer Care at customercare@clintpharmaceuticals.com or call us at or 800-677-5022.

What payment options are available for online ordering?

We have multiple convenient methods to make payments. You may pay by check or credit card (during checkout or call us on invoices with Net 20 terms). Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer ACH or bank draft payments. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We can set your account to pay by credit card only. If this is your preference, we would still need to have a signed customer application and DEA certificate for your office. How long does it take to deliver my order?

We use FedEx as our primary shipping carrier. Depending on availability of product, customer's location and shipping method chosen, orders take 1-5 business days to deliver. Overnight delivery times vary depending on method chosen. First overnight delivery is typically 9am, priority overnight is typically 10am, and standard overnight is by end of day. Signature is required for business and residential deliveries.

Will I be charged sales tax for my order?

Depending on the State we are shipping to and if the items in your order are taxable in that State, its possible that we will be required to collect sales tax on your order.
