Ondansetron

Anesthesiologists, Surgeons, and Internal Medicine Physicians, are among the many Medical Practitioners that administer Injectable Ondansetron (Zofran) for the prevention of post-op nausea and vomiting. Ondansetron is also used to suppress chemotherapy-induced emesis. Ondansetron works by blocking chemicals in the body that trigger nausea that are often introduce during surgery or during the administration of anti-cancer drugs.
